    Thermal Man Arrested for Murder of Juan Ceballos

    A 25-year-old Thermal man is facing arraignment tomorrow on a murder charge with a hate crime allegation in the July 13 shooting death of a 20-year-old Mecca resident, Riverside County authorities revealed today. Charges were filed Wednesday against Miguel Angel Bautista Ramirez, who was arrested Monday in Coachella and booked on suspicion of murdering Juan Ceballos.

    Sheriff's deputies sought the public's help today in finding a 34-year-old Coachella Valley man who may be suicidal. Juan Pedro Valladares was last seen in North Palm Springs Friday, when he asked a family member for gasoline money to leave the area, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.``He also made statements indicating he wanted to harm himself,''
