    CATHEDRAL CITY - A resident of Cathedral City emailed to ask us why center medians along Da Vall Drive on near Ramon Road have gone without landscaping for years. He has tried to get to the bottom of the problem on his own but because the property is on the border of Rancho Mirage and Cathedral City there is a question into which city should take responsibility for the maintenance.

    A viewer emailed asking if there was a connection between the recent East Valley fires. Cal Fire says that arson accounts for about 25 percent of all fires in that break out in Riverside County. They say citizens it's often citizens who prevent and help catch arsonists by reporting suspicious activity.
