    An overturned big rig is causing major traffic delays in Cabazon this morning on I-10 about a mile east of the Main Street exit.The California Highway Patrol has issued a Sig Alert, which is expected to be in effect until about noon. The 1, 2, and 3 westbound lanes are blocked and the fast lane is closed on the eastbound side of the freeway.

    ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Former marine Christopher Brandon Lee, 24, did not not waive his extradition rights during his arraignment Tuesday afternoon. He will remain in Anchorage until his identity hearing; it could be up to six weeks or longer before he is brought back to California. Lee has been charged with murder for 19-year-old Erin Corwin's death by the San Bernardino County District Attorney.
