    A motorcycle rider killed in a collision with a vehicle on the winding switchbacks of Highway 74 near Palm Desert was identified today. Kenny Escobedo, 21, of Cathedral City was one of two bikers who died in collisions in the local mountains this weekend, according to the California Highway Patrol
